Partner <br/> <br/>Christina joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in October 2019 as a Principal on the Growth Buyout team. In January 2022, she was promoted to Partner. <br/> <br/>Before coming to Frazier, Christina was a Principal at Norwest Equity Partners, where she worked for over 10 years. In her role as a senior member of the investment team, she was involved with all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing investment opportunities across a broad array of industries, performing due diligence, structuring transactions, and serving on the Board of several portfolio companies. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining NEP in 2009, Christina worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, where she executed over 20 transactions during her 30-month tenure. Before joining Craig-Hallum, Christina worked for LaSalle Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst, where she developed and maintained lending relationships with senior management of middle-market companies throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. <br/> <br/>Christina holds a BSB in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Harvard Business School. <br/> <br/>Christina is active in her community with several professional organizations, as well as speaking on panels and as a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota and Harvard University. She represents Frazier on the Boards of United Derm Partners, Accuity Delivery Systems, Apollo Intelligence, and RevSpring. <br/>

Kent Berkley <br/>Partner, Frazier Healthcare Partners <br/>Kent joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016 and is currently a Partner on the Growth Buyout investment team. <br/> <br/>Before coming to Frazier, Kent spent four years with The Edgewater Funds, where he focused on leveraged buyout and growth equity investments in the healthcare, industrial, and business services industries. Prior to joining Edgewater, Kent was an Associate with CIVC Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the business services and financial services industries. Previously, he worked for Dresner Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm in Chicago, and for Lehman Brothers in the investment banking division in New York. <br/> <br/>Kent holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. <br/> <br/>He serves on the Boards of Caravel Autism Health, Effective School Solutions, and Matrix Medical Network. Ryan joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016 and is a Partner on the Growth Buyout Investment team. At Kohlberg, he was responsible for the origination, evaluation, and management of investments across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, business services, and financial services. <br/> <br/>Previously, Ryan worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the investment banking division in New York, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital offerings for financial institution clients. He was also a member of the investment team for the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, DC. <br/> <br/>Ryan earned his BS from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management, magna cum laude. <br/> <br/>He serves on the Boards of Elevate Patient Financial Solutions, EPTAM Precision, and Vatica Health. Clarissa joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2019. She has also previously been involved with Elevate Patient Financial Solutions and Alteon Health, amongst other portfolio companies. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, she worked at McKinsey and Company, focused on the corporate finance and strategy practice in the technology sector, and spent three years with Bauscher Brasil, a start-up she co-founded. <br/> <br/>Before founding Bauscher, Clarissa was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, focused on healthcare and educational services industries. Previously, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Sao Paulo. In recent years, Clarissa also had a brief passage working at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners. <br/> <br/>Clarissa received her BA from FAAP and her MBA and Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. <br/> <br/>Clarissa currently serves on the HCPEA Young Leaders Council.
